The Pretrial Services Program is administered by the Sixth Judicial District Court and is available in Grant, Luna and Hidalgo Counties.
Pretrial Service is a form of non-monetary release. A person on pretrial release is required to report to the District Court Pretrial Office in person, unless otherwise instructed. All conditions of release are determined by a Judge and whether a defendant is eligible for PTS. Pretrial Services monitors a person’s compliance with the court ordered conditions of release and documents compliance.
